Join Area 17 athletes on Saturday, June 1, 2024 @ 11AM at the Culpeper Park and Recreation Center. Guests will have a chance to battle an athlete in a round of bowling, cornhole, and many more activities to see who gets the GOLD! Flex your brain with our marble guess and win a cool prize!

Special Olympics, Area 17 provides year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. This gives them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy, and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills, and friendships with their families, other Special Olympics athletes, and the community.
